MY THIRD WEEK AT SCHOOL  The third week at National Electronic Media (NEM) has been an exciting and educational experience for me as a student studying End User Computing (EUC). During this week, I had the chance to explore more about how technology supports the daily operations of a large media organization. It helped me connect what I’ve learned in class to real-world situations, giving me a better understanding of the role of end-user computing in the media industry. One of the main activities during the week was getting to know the Maths support team. This team is responsible for maintaining the technology used across the organization, from the newsroom to the production floor. I observed how the maths staff handles a variety of software and hardware problems that arise daily. my 4      According to my experience has been both exciting and challenging. This course has allowed me to explore how media influences public opinion, shapes society, and affects national policies. One of the most interesting assessments in the course was the tutoring assignment, which gave me a chance to help my classmates understand key concepts while reinforcing my own knowledge. The tutoring assessment was designed to encourage active learning and engagement. I was given the responsibility to lead discussions, explain media concepts, and help my peers with their understanding of topics such as media regulation, broadcast journalism, and digital media. The goal was for me to act as both a learner and a teacher, which provided a unique perspective on the material we were studying.
